What delicious desserts do you offer?

Toasted Mallow started in Gilbert AZ in 2014 with the First Marshmallow Café and S’mores Bar. Our desserts have since expanded into a unique dessert shop that offers gourmet marshmallow treats, hand-spun ice cream milkshakes, oatmeal cream pies, cupcakes and special order small cakes.

Do you bake everything at your shops?

Yes! Our marshmallow treats are made in small batches and handcrafted 5 days a week in our small kitchen. We also freshly make and bake all of our cupcakes, buttercreams, cake bites and made to order small cakes. 

Do you have Gluten FREE options?

Yes! Flavors are limited for gluten free marshmallows, so please call our Gilbert location if you have any questions: 480-686-9071

Do you decorate cakes with fondant or buttercream?

We only use our in-house buttercream to design cupcakes and cakes. We DO NOT use fondant at this time.

Do you have ice cream?

Yes! We use Blue Bell Creamery for our famous milkshakes. We also offer Blue Bell ice cream pints on our delivery apps (may not be available at all locations)

Are your marshmallows Kosher or Vegan?

We use a kosher certified bovine gelatin, therefore they are not vegan. We do not offer vegan treats.

Do you offer mini cupcakes?

No, at this time we are not offering mini cupcakes.

Do you have a menu for your desserts?

Can I come in and buy cupcakes and/or marshmallows?

Yes! Both of our locations have large selection of treats on a daily basis. Since it is handcrafted, we can run out of flavors and selections as the day progresses, especially our cupcake case. Call us if you would like an updated status on our current desserts.

Can I place a custom or large orders for future date?

Yes! Pre-Orders, custom orders and corporate orders can be taken on the following items:

  • Small Cakes

Can I place a same day order for pickup?

Yes! The fastest way is to place a same day pickup order is by using our pickup and delivery website here. You can also call our Chandler location at (480) 508-5659. PLEASE NOTE, same day pickup for cupcakes is for 1 dozen or less and limited to what is currently in stock. Need more? Please call.

Do you deliver locally?

Yes! We offer local delivery through our pickup and delivery website here. You can also use delivery apps such as DoorDash and UberEats. If you are placing a large corporate order, we offer a delivery option within 8 miles of our location starting at $35 delivery fee.

Do you offer online ordering?

Yes! Currently we offer our gourmet marshmallows treats for sale online, click here to see our selection.

Where do you ship and who do you ship with?

We currently ship within the continental U.S. including Alaska and Hawaii. We ship out packages mostly Mon Thursday and use USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground.

Do you ship in the summer months and how long will your products last?

Yes! We use ice packs and insulation when shipping during hotter months and most of our products last 8-10 weeks. Since we ship out of Arizona, shipping times may be impacted by severe heatwaves during the summer.

Do I have to be home to receive my package?

No, but we highly encourage all guests be available to bring in their package of desserts as soon as possible. We will not be held responsible for packages that were left unattended in weather elements or left open to vandalism or theft. You will receive a tracking number when your order has been shipped and it is important to keep updated on your package.

Can I cancel or change my online order?

Yes! We can cancel your online order as long as it hasn’t been fulfilled and mailed out. If you want to add to your online order, please call our Gilbert location and we will be happy to help you: (480) 686-9071.

Can I get a refund after I’ve received my product?

As a small business that creates handcrafted custom made food items, we are unable to offer refunds but rather work with our customers to find a solution that works best. Please call and speak to a manager if you have any concerns.
