Our Story
Back in 2014
Tricia Arce had a vision to redefine a classic treat that would bring together people of all ages from around the world. And she was right! Tricia used all their savings to get a small location that would become the world’s first Marshmallow Cafe in Gilbert AZ.
Today our marshmallows are kind of a big deal! They’ve gone viral over the years and have been featured on the Cooking Network, Food Channel, TJ Maxx, HomeGoods, and Sweet Pete’s Candy to name a few.
Local Creative Desserts
In addition to our famous marshmallows, Toasted Mallow now produces an assortment of creative desserts to better serve our growing fan base. Our menu includes freshly baked cupcakes, small cakes, hand-spun Milkshakes, cake bites, and more. All mallow treats are still handcrafted and overseen by Tricia, keeping the tradition of passion and love in every single bite.
